Welcome to Domain. By accessing or using our website/application and purchasing mock tests, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Services Provided

1.1 Domain provides online mock test series for competitive examinations such as JEE, BITSAT, CUET, and others.

1.2 Each course consists of a fixed number of mock tests, accessible through the Platform after successful payment.

1.3 Tests are time-bound and include anti-cheating measures such as disabling copy-paste, tab-switching, and right-click.

2. User Eligibility

2.1 You must be at least 16 years old to register and use our Platform.

2.2 Users under 18 must have parental/guardian consent to use paid services.

3. Registration & Account

3.1 You agree to provide accurate details during registration and maintain confidentiality of your login credentials.

3.2 The Company is not responsible for any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Payments & Pricing

4.1 Payments for tests must be completed in full before access is granted.

4.2 We use secure third-party payment gateways such as Razorpay/Paytm for processing.

4.3 Prices are displayed in INR and include applicable taxes.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

5.1 Users may request a refund or cancellation within 48 hours of purchase, provided no test from the purchased course has been attempted.

5.2 After 48 hours, or if a test has been started, no refund or cancellation will be allowed.

5.3 Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days back to the original payment method.

6. Test Rules & Conduct

6.1 Each mock test has a fixed duration (e.g., 3 hours) and must be completed within that time.

6.2 Switching tabs, multiple logins, or suspicious activity may lead to immediate termination of the test.

6.3 Users are strictly prohibited from copying, sharing, or distributing test content.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 All test questions, study material, and platform content are the exclusive property of Domain.

7.2 Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or resale of content will result in legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 We do not guarantee any exam results, ranks, or admissions based on mock test performance.

8.2 The Company shall not be liable for any technical disruptions (internet failure, device issues, power cuts, etc.) at the user’s end.

9. Suspension & Termination

9.1 Domain reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found violating these Terms.

9.2 Users engaging in fraudulent transactions or misuse of tests will be permanently banned.

10. Privacy & Data

10.1 User data is collected only for registration, test performance tracking, and payment processing.

10.2 We do not share or sell user data to third parties without consent, except as required by law.

11. Governing Law

11.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of India.

11.2 Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Hyderabad, Telangana courts.
